Problem / Objective

Host and maintain this site with the same operational discipline I offer as a service: a reproducible build, HTTPS, a health check, and a documented deployment process.

My role

Responsible for the full build setup, containerization, and deployment documentation.

Implementation decisions

Multi-stage Docker build for a minimal final image, using Next.js's standalone output.
A dedicated health-check endpoint to enable monitoring and automatic restarts from the VPS orchestrator.
